Bin picking

Bin picking offered by Köberlein & Seigert is a complete solution for our customers. Bin picking makes it possible to transfer bulk material parts in the correct position straight from a provisioning container, with no need for additional feed devices.
Design, manufacture and programming take place in-house in our on-site application center as we work to optimize our customers’ concepts and applications.

This feed method is particularly suited to long and heavy parts that are difficult or impossible to transport with a stepfeeder, and for plants that process a large variety of parts. A vision system is used for bulk material detection and parts analysis. A robot with a picker arm removes bulk goods and positions the parts. Our collaboration with partners ensures we have access to the latest camera and robot technology.
